Mixr.online is home to Uncharted Anime and a collection of manga, webtoons, videos, and creative content, operated by Mixronline LLC.
Where can I find manga and chapters?
Open the Manga section and select a series. Use the available chapter links to navigate through the story.
How often are new chapters or videos released?
Release schedules vary by project. Check the website and our social pages for new content and announcements.
A page, image, or video is not loading. What should I do?
Try these steps:
1. Refresh the page.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Update your browser or try another browser.
4. Clear your browser’s cache and reload the page.
If the problem continues, email us with the page link, your device and browser, and a screenshot of the error.
How do I report a missing chapter, incorrect page order, or broken link?
Email Support@mixr.online with the series title, chapter or page number, and the affected link. Briefly describe what appears to be wrong.
Accounts
Do I need an account?
You can browse publicly available content without an account. Features such as saved collections, favorites, or watchlists may require you to sign in when available.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the correct login details. If a password-reset option is available, follow the instructions on the sign-in page.
If you still need help, email support. Never send us your password or verification codes.
How do I request account deletion?
Email Support@mixr.online from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Some records may need to be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Shopping & Orders
Where can I buy merchandise?
Visit the Shop section on Mixr.online to view available merchandise. Some purchases are completed through our connected Spreadshop store.
Who handles payment, shipping, and returns?
For purchases through Spreadshop or another third-party shop, the seller identified at checkout handles the transaction under its own policies. Check your order confirmation for support details.
Where is my order?
Check your confirmation email and any tracking information provided by the seller. If you need further assistance, contact the shop where you placed the order.
You can also email us with the shop name and order number so we can help direct your inquiry. Do not send full payment-card details.
Can I cancel an order, change its size, or request a refund?
Available options depend on the seller’s policy and the order’s processing status. Contact the seller promptly using the details in your confirmation email. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
My item arrived damaged or is incorrect. What should I do?
Contact the seller with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Follow the seller’s instructions for replacements or returns.

Can I share your manga or videos?
You may share links to our public pages and use the sharing features provided. For permission to repost full pages or videos, edit artwork, or use content commercially, email Support@mixr.online.
Uses permitted by law, including applicable fair-use exceptions, do not require our permission.
Can I use your characters or artwork on products?
Commercial use of protected characters, artwork, logos, or other content requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact us with a description of your proposed use.
Do you offer tutorials?
Tutorials and creation content are shared as available. Follow Uncharted Anime for updates. You can email us to suggest a topic or request help with a particular technique.
Can I request a collaboration or custom project?
Send your idea, intended use, timeline, and budget to Support@mixr.online. Availability, pricing, and project terms must be agreed upon before work begins.
How do I report a copyright concern or inappropriate content?
Email us with the exact page link and a clear explanation. For copyright concerns, identify the original work and explain whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.

How do I make a privacy request?

Is all content suitable for children?
